THAT'S A WRAP ON "ME, A RAPIST?"

Well it was a rough 3 days, but we made it through. I have to start with my cast.

Michael Monasterio, our lead, was incredible. Being only 20 years old, I was just blown away at his dedication to the role of The Rapist. He has been working on this role for almost a year and came in and just nailed it. His onscreen presence is amazing. Directing him was very easy. There were times when a look from him was just errie. Keep an eye out for Michael in the future of film.

Next up is Felicia Sabartinelli-Abeyta. I first off would like to thank her for all of her and her husband Aarons support. They both helped with script ideas and financial support. As an actress, well WOW comes to mind. Felicia was just amazing and dedicated. Take after take she would bring this fear and terror to the surface and just shine. She also had begun to get sick while shooting but held on and got through it. I am very anxious to work with her again.

Last is Whitnie Mauney. Having worked with Whitnie on my last film I was very excited to have another chance to work with this very dedicated and amazing actress. Whitnie came in as talent but stepped in as crew and helped out wherever she could. When it came time for her to play her role, she stepped up and just killed it.

All of the cast shined in my eyes. They brought to the film more than I ever asked or had expected.

Thank you Michael, Felicia and Whitnie for bringing a 20 plus year dream to light

This is not what you think it may be. This film was an idea I came up with about 20 years ago. I took Criminal Psychology in college. We sat through many videos of police interrigations and psych evaluations. After sitting through the classes, I came up with this idea. I took a combination of 4 different serial rapists and combined them to create my main character (who has no name). This film is about inner turmoil and reasons that these people become what they become. This is in no way to glorify "RAPE" or for you to feel bad for the rapist. We follow this serial rapist through a short period where he begins to really question himself and why he is.

The film stars Michael Monasterio, an talented actor from Boise, Idaho. Mike had auditioned for this role about 10 months ago and had been turned down by me. I had gone into pre-prodution with another actor about 8 months ago, but the actor bailed on me 2 weeks before shooting, stating "This is just way to dark of a place for me to go" he said. I put the film on hold and shelved it. Then about 4 months ago Mike had asked how shooting had gone and I told him what happened. He asked to audition again and nailed it this time out. We are looking forward to see what Mike will bring to the table in addition to what he already has. Michael will also be starring in the feature length remake of "SILENCE".

Felicia Sabartinelli, a very enthusiastic and talented addition to the film. She had read the script a few months ago and wanted to be a part of the film in a crew capacity. A few weeks ago I came up with an idea, which then I asked Felicia to come on as a part of the cast. SHe was very excited about this and jumped at the chance. Felicia has also worked on feature films such as "The Narrows" with Sophia Bush & Vincent D' Onfrio (sp) and "Assination of High School President " with Misha Barton and Bruce Willis. We are looking forward to see how this all plays out. Felicias husband Aaron is onboard as our sound guy. To learn more about Felicia go to:  www.feliciasabartinelli.com

Whitnie Mauney was our star in our short film "SILENCE" that was accepted and premiered at the New Hope Film Festival in New Hope, PA. Whitnie is a very talented actress and will be reprising her role as KATELYN from Silence in this film. Whitnie has been in several films over the last 2 1/2 years that she has been acting (yes only 2 1/2 years) and has more than proven herself to be a name talent. One of her films, "SODA SPRINGS" premiered in Hollywood in May 2011 which starred Tom Skerritt, Jay Pickett, Victoria Pratt and Patty McCormick. Since it has also premiered in her hometown of Boise. Whitnie will also be starring in the feature length verison of "SILENCE".
